Unlike a single session, TRANSFORMATION offers the opportunity to be supported through the ongoing process of healing, integration, embodiment, and evolution. Through intentional touch points over six months, deeper layers can be explored, meaningful shifts can be integrated properly, and new ways of thinking, feeling, relating, and creating can be strengthened and embodied over time.

Heliena will share the tools, practices, frameworks, and wisdom she has cultivated through years of devotion to healing, transformation, nervous system work, subconscious reprogramming, energetics, mindfulness, and self-development. This journey is designed not only to facilitate profound shifts, but to help you understand them, embody them, and translate them into intentional action within your everyday life.
